In 2020, Ahola Transport achieved CO2 reduction of 59% compared to official industry level in 2005. This means exceeding the EU reduction goal of 39% ten years early.
We had the pleasure of helping Ahola Transport in formulating their message and clarifying the work behind this major sustainability achievement. At the same time we restructured the whole sustainability communication and helped crystallize their Green Wheels brand.

Ecotronics for sustainable electronics
July Partners participates in a Business Finland funded project “Ecotronics” - for sustainable electronics. The aim is to develop sustainable materials, manufacturing processes and circular economy solutions for the Finnish electronics industry. Industry partners in the project are Vaisala, Stora Enso, GE Healthcare, Confidex, Iscent, New Cable Corporation and Paptic. We have developed an online Circular Economy – workshop concept in which a company can formulate their circular economy strategy in just 2hours! The results and amazing, stay tuned!

Requirements in modern work life
July partners has been part of DUDE consortium during 2018-2020. DUDE helps IT students and companies meet! Keijo Särkijärvi was an active member in the steering group and guided the students and program in many ways. He gave a lecture to the DUDE students on the topic “Requirements in modern work life”.

Environmental program 2026
The City of Oulu published a new “Environmental program 2026” in 2019. We helped the team throughout the six month process including several open events, workshops for different groups, communications and formulating a highly ambitious goals into understandable material.
